Following our guidelines will make your association with The B.O.L.D. Company a favorable experience for you and your client. Your arranged visit needs to be the first contact your client has with The B.O.L.D. Company. Contact us by the following guidelines:
From Your Open House: If you are sending someone to one of our models or markets from your open house, phone us ASAP with the time of your contact and the clients name. Leaving your message on my voice mail is acceptable if you do not get an immediate answer.
Other Times: If your client does not visit that day we would expect you to set up an appointment for them with me or stop by with them while you are showing other properties. Any of your additional contacts with clients (phone time, listing appointments, casual meetings, etc.) needs to result in an appointment or escorted visit. If you have set up an appointment you will not be required to visit with your client.
A prospect just walking in and presenting your business card without previous contact from you is not acceptable. After your clients arranged visit we will send you an approved Real Estate Brokers Agreement or you may download one from our website to fax to us for approval.
