Paul J. Kahmann, Jr., Vice President, Construction::
 Paul graduated from Covington Catholic High School and the University of Kentucky College of Engineering with a B.S. in Civil Engineering. He is a registered Professional Engineer and has been declared by the National Association of Home Builders to be a Certified Green Professional (CGP). A member of the third generation to serve this industry, Paul is a home builder like his father and grandfather before him. He lives in Boone County with his wife, Beth.
Paul's main responsibility is the supervision of home construction. He maintains daily contact with the suppliers and craftsmen that contribute to each project, and ensures that B.O.L.D.'s high standards are met at each stage of construction. Paul also meets with customers on-site periodically for “walk-throughs,” to keep the customers up-to-date on the progress and the methods used throughout the process. Finally, he is in charge of scheduling, and often performing, warranty service for our completed jobs.
