James, a graduate of Villa Madonna Academy, grew up in the business, like his uncles. He represents the fourth generation of home builders in the family, so it was no surprise when he pursued Construction Management studies at Bradley University. He graduated Magna Cum Laude with a Bachelors degree, and also a minor in Business Management. James has earned designations by the National Association of Home Builders as a Certified Sales Professional (CSP), Residential Construction Superintendent (RCS), Certified Aging-in-Place Specialist (CAPS), Certified Green Professional (CGP), and Certified Graduate Builder (CGB). He currently serves on the Building Codes, Education, Registered Builder/Remodeler, and Green Building Committees and the Board of Directors at the Home Builders Association of Northern Kentucky. James is also a licensed real estate professional and a member of the Northern Kentucky Association of Realtors. He lives in Boone County with his wife Jennifer.
James is responsible for estimating the cost of new homes and change orders. He constantly researches products and prices to keep up-to-date on the best quality products at the lowest price. In addition, he is a sales consultant and works with the design and construction teams to produce elegant homes of lasting value. He is also qualified to supervise construction in the field, and sometimes he can be found on the job-site, overseeing our employees and subcontractors.
