James W. Kahmann, President::
 Jim is a graduate of the Covington Latin School and the University of Kentucky College of Engineering, with a B.S. in Civil Engineering. He is a third-generation homebuilder, following in the footsteps of his father and grandfather. Jim lives in Florence with his wife, Kathy, and three sons, Mark, Matt, and Josh.
Jim's computer-aided drafting skills enable B.O.L.D. to create unique and one-of-a-kind plans, in-house, turning the customer's imagination into the blueprints of their dreams. He is also responsible for job-site supervision and warranty service, as well, meeting the customers and maintaining contact with suppliers and subcontractors.
