The Green Build Kentucky program is voluntary and based on the National Association of Home Builders Green Building Guidelines. The benefits to owners of GBK homes are lower utility costs, increased comfort, improved environmental quality, enhanced durability, less maintenance, and peace of mind. To qualify, homes are certified by a third-party verifier.
