The B.O.L.D. Company, B.O.L.D. Homes and its affiliates, have been family-owned and -operated since 1986. With on-site engineers and in-house drafting and design, B.O.L.D. has been Northern Kentucky's first choice in Design / Build Construction since its founding. With over 10,000 house plans in our database and the ability to turn your ideas into a one-of-a-kind design, the possibilities are limited only by your imagination.

Brothers Jim and Paul, along with brother-in-law, Mike, and his son, James, make up the ownership team. They manage and supervise both the sale, design, and construction of every B.O.L.D. project. Mike's wife, Janet, conducts the selections process, while Paul's daughter, Jennifer, keeps the books for the company and helps staff the office. Together, our goal is to create a home of lasting value, one of which we can all be proud.
